Proof that Britain’s education system is in decline
Hmm.
Someone’s MSN name today:
woo result’s where god i gotz A* in english
Oh deary me.
I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a joke.
Side note: I just did the National IQ Test 2007, and scored 116 (54/70). Pretty good considering the surgeons’ average was 101, and they didn’t have my age on the conversion table. Danny Wallace got 119, so assuming I gain three or four points for being 14, I’m as smart as him! ![]()

On August 28, 2007 at 6:56 pm.you got exactly the same score as i got on the IQ test in 2006, when i was 14, but i did one at school that was designed for my age group and I got 130, so im not quite sure what happened in the national IQ test one. Maybe it is not designed for poeple younger than 16? so you might have a completely different score to what you thguoht, haha

On August 28, 2007 at 9:58 pm.And here I was hoping that the person was joking when he/she said they received an A+ in English. Maybe you should ask them what they got in Math, and then question what 1 + 1 is. If its 11 then you know that they are a genius :P.
I have actually never tried any of those IQ tests, probably since I believe I would get a maximum of 10 points on the entire test. But congrats on getting such a high mark! I admit that I would be scared of having a surgery if a 14 year old is smarter than the average surgeon…

On August 29, 2007 at 12:58 am.Hm. I’ve never actually tried one of those IQ tests before. My parents won’t tell me my IQ for some reason. I hope that’s not a bad thing… I’m just going to go take that test now. x_x

On August 30, 2007 at 9:58 am.Hey Tish, just put up your link under Affiliates on the main page. You’re not technically one but I don’t have a separate links page plus you deserve a spot on the front page anyway
Hahahaha English is so a dying language. Our grandkids will all speak in one-syllable words and acronyms only. But I’m going to study English as a Foreign Language this year, maybe I can make a difference
